Institutional work by Brower & Associates includes health clinics, hospitals, medical and dental offices and nursing facilities. Brower & Associates has designed facilities in Utah (Beaver, Fountain Green, Orem) and Montana.

The family clinic in Fountain Green, Utah was designed for the Central Valley Hospital of Nephi. It provides local medical care, including X-Ray, for residents in western Sanpete county. A nursing wing for the Beaver Valley Hospital was designed and built. Near Missoula, Montana, a long-term retirement community, with condos, assisted care facilities, a nursing home, medical offices and community center was designed. Other projects include the renovation of Dr. Rod Maxfield's dental office in Pleasant Grove, Utah and a family clinic in Rock Springs, Wyoming.

The most recent project is the Center for Change in Orem, Utah. completed in September of 2003, the facility treats young women with eating disorders. Up to sixty clients can stay from six to twenty-four months. An on-site school allows the young women to keep up with their studies. Out-patient facilities are provided.
